Going the extra mile for a zero-budget client in a busy agency? This side project became our favorite creative playground

Encara la Rosácea, an Instagram account dedicated to sharing reliable information about rosacea, came to us with a feminine chaotic visual identity and one major constraint: no budget, not even for stock imagery.


It started as a content request, but we quickly saw an opportunity to do more. Our goal? To give the brand a fresh new look while staying true to its core identity. We wanted to make rosacea education engaging rather than clinical, increase interaction, and foster a loyal, active community. Expert-led and trustworthy, but bold, relevant, and full of character.

The project evolved into a complete visual refresh that gave the brand a stronger, more consistent identity. Working closely with senior and junior designers, I helped steer the creative direction, turning resource limitations into creative prompts and encouraging the team to experiment and have fun. It turned this side project into our favorite playground.
